Spring hath about to sprung

Only a few days to go until spring pokes its little head out of the undergrowth, looks wide-eyed around at the bluebirds and daffodils, and emerges: just like when all the baby rabbits come out of the burrow in Bambi.
And I say Bring It On. Winter has been really cold this year, although not as bad as last year when we were living in that house with the leaky roof and the holey walls and the cracks 4 metres wide and the draughts that came screaming up through the gappy floorboards like the Arctic winds on acid. This year has been less gangrenous frostbite, more mild hypothermia.... but still really cold, as evidenced by the muffin incident . Now we've all had enough, and a little springly warmth and blossoming would be very welcome.
So that brings me to my next logical question: how am I going to celebrate spring?
Perhaps a tea party again? That's springlike. But done. Hmm.
A springly cocktail party? Meh.
How about springly mini golf? That would be fun... yet, also done.
Maybe I could just wander around in Loud Floral Frocks for a while, channelling Sandra Dee and thinking fresh rosy thoughts.
