Coconut soda

I'm gong through a bit of a coconut phase right now. I've got a coconut hair treatment that leaves me all beachy and tropical, I seriously considered buying the 2L bottle of coconut oil at All India Foods that said on it "for cooking and beauty", I am looking for a coconut home fragrance and I'm dreaming of a cocktail in a coconut that I sip at some swim-up bar in the Caribbean. Yesterday at Pennisi, I saw in the fridge a coconut-flavoured soda drink. Of course I had to try it.

It was... OK. Not the best. Quite preservativey. Good flavour, but too bubbly, too sweet. I can see that some people would like it a lot. Guess I still don't really know what I am looking for, but when I find what quenches my coco-craving, I will report back.
