Salade Auvergnate

Eaten for Sunday lunch at Le Libre Service on avenue de Clichy. The salade Auvergnate is lettuce, raw dry ham, a mustardy vinaigrette, big slabs of emmenthal (not a fan) hard-boiled egg and walnuts. The ubiquitous bread basket is there, and the half-jug of water.
I loved the Libre Service and had a few meals there, mostly breakfast. They do a great lunch salad though: enormous and simple.
