Green tea icecream with red bean paste and matcha mochi

Nom nom nom. I have developed a real taste for matcha, especially in unusual or salty situations. This green tea icecream was very soft and smooth and almost like gelato. It came with a ball of sweet azuki paste and a cube of sweet mochi coated in matcha.
