Salmon, silverbeet and prawn dinner
I sauteed some chopped silverbeet in a pan with ginger, garlic and chili. Then I threw on a nice salmon tail, from Samies Girl near the new Portside centre at Hamilton (excellent place) and four or five juicy prawns from same. I laid the seafood on the silverbeet and squirted on a few drops of fish sauce and sesame oil, and sprinkled with sliced shallots. Mmm, that fish was delish.
