Rhubarb and strawberry salad


I cooked some fresh rhubarb with a bit of lemon juice and sugar, then mixed it with sliced strawberries, mint and yoghurt.

It was actually not that great. I won't be doing that again. I think the yoghurt was a bad idea. I was just trying to find some way to eat rhubarb, whose stringy texture I am not a big fan of.
