We made not-very-good pasta

Yeah, we decided that it was time again to make some homemade pasta. We had a lot of trouble rolling this lot out, and in fact in getting it to combine properly at all. It was a labour of love... and it was pretty dry so it split while we were rolling it out. We ended up with some normal pasta strips and a big pile of shreddy scrappy pieces. No problem: just threw the whole lot into the water and it all cooked up properly.

The end result was pretty good, but if it takes that long again next time (or is that annoying) I think we'll have to settle for the dried.
