Papier mache craft: Tokyo vs Paris box

Have been decorating papier mache craft boxes for a while now, but in the past I've mostly painted scenes on them. For the latest batch, they've been decoupaged instead... well, sort of. Not so much layering the pictures on, as choosing a single picture and then hitting it with a good coating of thick craft glaze, to give it that luscious shiny look.

This one is the Paris vs Tokyo box. Background colours are black, chocolate and gold. Images from Wallpaper magazine, in French and Japanese. The inside is painted a mushroom brown and has a section of text in French on the inside wall.

The top of the lid has a series of cooking images on it: looks like someone preparing something to do with eggs and oranges...
