Ornate patty cases

Mum found these pretty patty cases at Taste, at Bowen Hills. The red and gold square cases made a great base for her little chocolate cakes with sprinkled coconut... and they lasted for ages in the fridge!

The cases were made of quite solid cardboard, difficult to tear off, but would be useful for a very dense cake.
