Peacock pillowcases

These were a gift for my sister. I bought two celadon-green 100% cotton pillowcases and prewashed them. On one of them I sketched a peacock along the right-hand edge of the case, and on the other, just one peacock feather. I used Folkart acrylic paints mixed with fabric medium to paint in the peacock and the feather, and added a few metallic accents. Then the cases were washed again, dried, ironed and packed. I was pleased with how they turned out.
