Two fillets of smoked trout, sprinkled with grated lemon rind, butter, Dijon mustard, sun-dried tomatoes, chewy Italian bread, Sicilian green olives, fresh rolled proscuitto and basil leaves. A gorgeous build-your-own lunch on a rainy day.
