My new camera

Oh, joy! I'm a lucky girl!

Some dear, sweet, kind, loving person gave me my birthday present a month early, and it was something I sorely needed: my first digital camera. Previously I've begged and borrowed cameras when needed, but always dreamed of having my own.

Now I am the proud owner of a Canon IXUS 70, and so far it is just great. Heaps of useful features, takes crisp, clean and beautiful photos, digital macro zoom function for those close-up food shots, and colour adjust to get things looking just perfect.

Soon the first fruits of my photographing labour will be up and displayed for all to see. Until then I'm having a great time running around taking shots of all and sundry! Thanks P!!
