Warm tartines of fresh goats' cheese, olive oil and thyme

I used President Fromage de Chevre (available at Oz Deli in Coco's on Ipswich Rd, Pennisi's and probably a few others I don't know about). On a side note, the logo on the President website is "eating well is the start of happiness". Cute. Typical French.

The bread is a chewy ciabatta from the Rock n Roll deli on Logan Road.
