Kim Thanh's pork salad roll

One of the best instant sandwiches in town. And they make it to order. Kim Thanh Vietnamese Bakery is on Vulture St at West End, near the intersection of Vulture and Boundary. Just down and opposite Hong Lan.

The pork salad roll is about $3.70, for a white crispy long roll, juicy pork, grated carrot, coriander, herbs and special spicy sauce.

I have to admit, though, that the one I got today was slightly lacking in the cori department. I had to stuff some more in there before scoffing it for lunch.
